This has probably been the best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had. What I like most about this office is that they do not try to upsell you on services and items you do not need. My husband and I always leave with our mouths feeling clean. The staff is friendly, professional, supportive and always willing to answer questions. The entire experience with City Edge Dental was great. Usually dentists and dental assistants have a hard time hiding their judgments but it seemed like this team understood how life can get in the way of regular appointments. My only tip would be to not continually call your customers to continue using your services. Again, life. The way of reaching back out should be revamped but the actual dental experience was fine.
